Wayne A. Glemser came to our city of Houston, Texas in 1984. He first got his introduction to the Houston social market when he was hired as Catering Sales Manager for the famed Shamrock Hilton Hotel. There he started producing special events; his first social gala was a March of Dimes event where he created a replica of Times Square, New York in the exhibit center. The Houston Post and The Houston Chronicle both said "It was an unbelievable event to see". Wayne Glemser has become a household name in the social community having chaired and co-chaired many social events. Wayne has been designing and managing large events for the past twenty two years, having worked at the renowned Shamrock Hilton Hotel, the Westin Galleria and Westin Oaks Hotels, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and as Director of Catering and Special Events for the San Luis Conference Center in Galveston, Texas. Wayne's career includes planning events for numerous multi-national corporations, as well as such notable guests as the British Royal Family, the Prince of Japan and Presidents Bill Clinton, George Bush Sr. and George Bush Jr. He has been repeatedly honored by the City of Houston for his efforts in raising funds for different children’s and animal rights organizations. Wayne decided to open his own event planning company in December of 2003 as Wayne A. Glemser Productions LLC. The rest is history.
